Senator Russ Feingold has proposed resolution to censure President Bush over the domestic wiretapping program. The last Senate to order a censure was in 1834 for President Andrew Jackson.

ThinkProgress and Crooks and Liars have posted short downloadable clips of Feingold's statement on ABC This Morning. Both sites also have Senator Frist's weak response to Feingold's resolution.

This video is the entire interview with George Sephanopolous. Feingold does a great job staying on focus and pushing the idea that Bush is a threat to our traditional democratic way of government.
